ALL-STEINWAY学校
In 2017, 赌博游戏网站 celebrated its designation as an All-Steinway学校, honoring a commitment to use Steinway-designed instruments in all classrooms, practice studios and performance spaces campus-wide. Less than one percent of colleges and universities in the world are designated as All-Steinway学校s, and Coker is one of only three colleges in South Carolina with this distinction.

Learn to make the most of the instrument you were born with. If vocal performance is your strength, a concentration in 的声音 is the perfect area of study for you. Opportunities to perform with the Coker Singers and in your own senior recital let you put your knowledge into practice.

Focus your music studies with a concentration in 钢琴. You will study a thorough foundation of music theory, 历史与技术, with additional courses in 钢琴 pedagogy and literature, 应用钢琴, 协作的钢琴. A variety of opportunities to perform helps you apply your knowledge.

Ideal for transfer students with an associates degree who wish to complete a BA in 音乐 in two years or for students who wish to pursue a flexible course of music study with an emphasis in 的声音, 钢琴, 木管乐器或低音乐器.

Combine your love of music with your love of teaching—and learn how to share the wonder of music with a new generation. 学生 completing the Bachelor of 音乐教育 degree will be recommended to the State 南卡罗来纳州 for certification to teach K-12 general music with an additional certification in either choral or instrumental music.
